Beauty of Joseon Glow Replenishing Rice Milk Toner 150 ml is a moisturizing and balancing facial toner with rice extract that helps improve skin texture, adds radiance, and controls excess shine. Inspired by traditional Korean Hanbang skincare, it combines natural extracts with modern active ingredients to provide effective yet gentle care.

What it is: a two-layer rice toner with a moisturizing essence layer and a sebum-controlling powder layer for smoother, fresher skin.

Active ingredients:
